Frankfurters in a tin - products which are the symbolic sign of the trademark KOSTELECKÉ UZENINY and which began to be manufactured as early as 1918. The technological progress in their manufacture has certainly changed since 1918, but their quality and method of packaging in tins remains the same as that which applied when the first frankfurters were canned in 1918.

A much greater treasure, which can be tasted only under the trademark KOSTELCKÉ UZENINY PREMIUM, is a salami manufactured in a unique way, being dried in a maturing chamber, which can only be found in the KOSTELECKÉ UZENINY factory. We are talking about the well-known Křemešník salami, whose unique recipe that combines a special mix of spices and selected ingredients from pork, creates an original taste so symbolic of our country.

Its mild taste and refined mustiness, its original recipe and above all the art of master butchers are proof that even in the world of meat it is possible to create a treasure which brings people an unmistakable taste treat and makes up part of the cultural riches of our land.
