Frankfurters in a beer wrapper
Ingredients: 400g of Viennese or Spišské frankfurters, light draught Velkopopovický Kozel beer, egg, fine flour and breadcrumbs for coating, salt, oil.
Make notches in the frankfurters so the batter holds better. Wrap the frankfurters in a thick batter (egg, fine flour, beer, salt) and then in breadcrumbs.
Fry in oil on all sides. Decorate with vegetables and serve with bread or rolls.
