Frankfurters with bacon and cheese
Ingredients: 400g of Viennese or Spišské frankfurters, light draught Velkopopovický Kozel beer, 1 large onion, 0.3kg of bacon, salt, oil, sugar, hard cheese.
Fry the onion and place the frankfurters wrapped in bacon onto it (secure with a toothpick). Season with grill spices or herbs, baste with the beer, brown on both sides and sprinkle with grated cheese.
As soon as the cheese melts it can be served with bread or rolls.
